WE DON'T JUST CLEAN...

We provide a variety of different rental service packages.

New Client Rental Info - Considering using your unit as a Vacation Rental? We are working on an email document we can send you to help out with the start-up process.

Key Exchanges - giving your renters access to, and information about, your suite, the surrounding area and answering questions they may have.

Supply Stocking - we will set up your unit with the basics (toilet paper, paper towel, hand, dish and laundry detergent, condiments, tea/coffee, seasonings, etc...)

ACCESS

Home, Building or Vehicle

REPAIRS, CONSTRUCTION, AND/OR VALET SERVICES

Need to let in the repair man to fix your fridge or allow the nearest marina shop to take your boat from the building to be prepared for summer and be brought to your boat slip?

We're here when you can't be! Keeping track of your parking stall number and boat slip, and of what needs to be repaired/set up/built and updating you when someone goes in/out of your house or moves your boat to your slip is a service that allows you peace of mind that what needs to be done is being done and when.
